Abstract Submission Guidelines

General Instructions
- All abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the official TESCON 2026 online submission portal. Submissions sent through email or any other method will not be accepted.
- Only abstracts that adhere completely to these guidelines will be considered for: - Review
- Each presenting author can submit up to two abstracts only.
- The presenting author will automatically be listed as the first author.
- A maximum of six authors is allowed per abstract.
- For every author, include: - Full name
- One author must be identified as the corresponding author, along with a valid email address. All communication regarding the abstract will be directed to this person.
- Conference registration is mandatory for abstract review and presentation.
- Submissions must represent original, unpublished work and should not have been presented or published previously.
- Presenting Author age limit - 35 years
- Maximum word limit: 300 words (Excludes title, author details, affiliations, and keywords)
- Do not include: - References
- Include 3 to 4 relevant keywords
- On or before 1st September 2026: Eligible for consideration as oral or poster presentations
- After 1st September 2026: Considered for poster presentations only
- Final submission deadline: 15th September 2026 (No submissions will be accepted beyond this date)
- Oral presentation slots are limited and highly competitive.
- Preference for oral presentations will be given to abstracts related to interventional pulmonology and innovative procedure-based research. However, high-quality abstracts from all areas of respiratory medicine and critical care are welcome for consideration.
- Abstracts not selected for oral sessions will automatically be reviewed for poster presentation.
- Acceptance status and presentation details will be communicated approximately two weeks prior to the conference.
